We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with any item you bought from us‚ please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will send you by email a return approval note with return instructions. Simply return your order to us within 30 days of receipt (of order) for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Please remember to indicate your order number.

• All returned goods must be unused, in original condition and packed in the original package.

• Returned merchandise should be sent shipping prepaid, otherwise it will not be accepted. 

• Kitchi Manitou Artworks does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

• We strongly recommend that you use a respected trackable carrier, and that you insure the returned merchandise to its exact value. We will not be able to issue a refund in case the returned merchandise is damaged, lost or does not meet our return policy. In this case, a partial refund might be issued on our discretion.
